1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "j1j1" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to j1j1 Casino and the online gaming platform accessible at j1j1.org, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the j1j1 platform or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the j1j1 service.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the j1j1 platform, through which a player accesses games, manages funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into a j1j1 account, as distinct from any free or demo play modes that may be available.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by j1j1 under the terms of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the denomination in which all j1j1 account balances and transactions are maintained.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the j1j1 platform, clicking any "I agree," "Register," or equivalent confirmation button, or by simply accessing or using any part of the j1j1 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the j1j1 platform. They apply equally to players accessing j1j1 via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or any native application associated with j1j1.

These Terms should be read together with j1j1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between j1j1 and each registered player.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on j1j1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. j1j1 performs identity verification to confirm player age, and any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming through PAGCOR-licensed operators is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation on j1j1 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j1j1 Casino or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or regulatory, that covers j1j1 or any online gaming platform regulated by PAGCOR.
• You must register using your own true identity. Creating an account under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
• You must not hold more than one active j1j1 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under these Terms and under PAGCOR requirements.

j1j1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time and to suspend account access pending completion of such verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, and postal ID.

4. Account Registration

To participate in real money gaming on j1j1, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid residential address.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your contact information or address — you must update your account promptly through the account settings section or by contacting j1j1 support.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your j1j1 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your j1j1 account or your login details.
• All activity that occurs under your j1j1 account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying j1j1 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

j1j1 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure. j1j1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available through the account security settings.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j1j1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). j1j1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods and processing times may be updated from time to time; please refer to the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱50. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits and AML compliance thresholds may apply.
• Deposits are generally credited to your j1j1 account in real time or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact j1j1 support with your transaction reference number.
• j1j1 only accepts deposits from payment accounts and bank accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account where possible.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds may require additional identity verification as part of j1j1's AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as the j1j1 account. j1j1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
• j1j1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, bonus wagering compliance checks, or if a transaction is flagged for AML review.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or payment provider in connection with withdrawals. j1j1 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

j1j1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless a promotion's terms expressly state otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real money funds in a player's account. This sequencing is managed automatically by the j1j1 platform.
• j1j1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering will not be retroactively withdrawn without cause.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play between accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that j1j1 determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available only to new players and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the j1j1 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on j1j1, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as displayed.

All j1j1 games that involve random outcomes — including slot games, live dealer RNG side bets, virtual sports, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from reputable, independently audited game providers. These RNGs ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results, player identity, account balance, or any external factor.

• The outcome of any completed game round is final. j1j1 will not reverse a settled game result unless a documented technical malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome of that round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a game round, j1j1 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the player's stake. j1j1 will not be liable for any winnings that a player claims would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.
• Players must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with j1j1 games in a manner not expressly permitted by j1j1. Such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Collusion between players — including any coordinated strategy in live dealer games or other multiplayer formats designed to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j1j1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities:

1. Registering, accessing, or attempting to access j1j1 if you are under 21 years of age.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
3. Creating or operating more than one j1j1 account.
4. Using the j1j1 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
5. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in j1j1 games or systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be voided.
7. Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform without j1j1's express written permission.
8. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
9. Engaging in bonus abuse or any activity designed to systematically extract value from j1j1's promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent.
10. Threatening, abusing, or harassing j1j1 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
11. Attempting to access j1j1 systems beyond your authorised player account, including any attempt to access administrative, technical, or third-party systems associated with the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the j1j1 platform — including but not limited to the j1j1 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive property of j1j1 Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

j1j1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j1j1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any j1j1 content without express prior written consent from j1j1.

Any unauthorised use of j1j1 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j1j1 Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the j1j1 platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

j1j1's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their j1j1 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j1j1 does not warrant that:

• The j1j1 platform will be available without interruption at all times, or that access will be error-free.
• Any specific game or feature will be continuously available on the platform.
• The j1j1 platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components — players are responsible for maintaining adequate security on their own devices.

Nothing in these Terms limits j1j1's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

j1j1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a means of recovering prior gambling losses.

j1j1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a reduction in a limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that notify them of how long they have been actively playing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for any real money gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a more extended break from gaming may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the player's account is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased.

j1j1 reserves the right to proactively impose responsible gaming limits or account restrictions if internal monitoring identifies patterns of play that indicate a player may be experiencing harm. Such interventions are made in good faith and in accordance with j1j1's duty of care obligations under PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

12. Termination & Account Closure

By You: You may close your j1j1 account at any time by contacting j1j1 support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, you may withdraw any eligible real money balance remaining in your account. Bonus funds and any winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

By j1j1: j1j1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• j1j1 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a law enforcement authority, a court order, or any other competent regulatory body.
• j1j1 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The player has become ineligible to hold a j1j1 account under Section 3 (for example, if the player has self-excluded or if their jurisdiction has changed).
• j1j1, in its sole discretion, determines that maintaining the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by j1j1 due to a breach of these Terms, j1j1 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns, j1j1 may permanently forfeit the account balance and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination — shall first be submitted to j1j1's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must contact j1j1 support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint including account information, relevant dates, transaction references, and the specific outcome sought. j1j1 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through j1j1's internal process, players who are Philippine residents may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms prevents any player from exercising their rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

j1j1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j1j1 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the j1j1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the j1j1 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The current version of these Terms — including the effective date — is always available on this page at j1j1.org/terms-conditions. j1j1 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
